1. Lets talk

We begin with an obligation-free conversation to get to know each other, discuss your celebration and ensure Revelry Archive feels aligned with the vision for your day. This is an opportunity to talk through the experience, coverage and any questions you may have.

2. Reserve your date

Once you decide to move forward, your wedding date is secured with a 20% non-refundable deposit and the planning process begins. Please note, The booking fee forms part of your total package price, the remainder will be due one month prior to your wedding date.

3. The details

In the lead-up to your wedding, you’ll receive a questionnaire so every important detail, moment and priority is considered. During the week of your celebration, we’ll reconnect to confirm final wedding timings.

4. The celebration

On your wedding day, Revelry Archive works seamlessly alongside your photographer and media team to document the energy, emotion and moments unfolding beyond the formalities.

5. The archive

Within 24 - 48 hours, your content gallery, highlight reel and short videos will be delivered ready to relive, share and celebrate immediately.

  • Travel within the Cairns region, from Ellis Beach to Gordonvale, is included in all packages. Travel to Port Douglas is available for a flat fee of $25. For celebrations beyond this area, a travel fee may apply.
